The SX Sync acts as the source for rear surround speakers within an SX Dolby Digital surround sound system. This product is specifically designed to connect ONLY to the SX Soundbar in cases where in-ceiling speakers (connected to an amplifier with RCA input connections) are preferred over SX Speakers to create a 5.1 surround sound experience.
